After many years serving in The Royal Marines Band Service performing alongside a variety of different bands from around the world, an idea was formed to create a drum corps that would be completely separate and different to the more regimented style of military drumming. Hence, The Highwaymen were formed in 2010.

Consisting of a Bassline and Snareline, The Highwaymen are making an impact wherever they’ve performed. From their slick movements, energetic set and their precision stickwork, The Highwaymen are fast being recognised as one of the UK’s most popular drum corps. Although, quite a young drum corps, they have had years of experience between them through their day job. Since appearing on a national TV talent show, they have performed for guests at The Sun’s Millies awards, charity dinners and even for the cast of the Edinburgh Military Tattoo.

The Highwaymen are proud to be endorsed by Premier, PimpCo and are now looking forward to being a part of the Protection Racket family.
